A forum to connect the Odia diaspora across the world. The Cell is located in the office of the Chief Resident Commissioner (CRC), Government of Odisha, New Delhi. This is an initiative of Odisha Investment and Export Promotion Office (OIEPO) under the office of Chief Resident Commissioner in New Delhi. The Cell is managed by young professionals who have been engaged to collect and compile data of NROs.
