Apple has announced the Apple Watch Series 9 with featuring the S9 chip with a four-core neural engine, 30% faster CPU, Double Tap gesture, and on-device Siri requests and also a screen that’s twice as bright as what came before – 2000s. It will also have more advanced gesture controls, detecting how you’ve moved your hands.
It will feature a new Series 9 processor which promises a “big boost in performance and battery life”, though with the almost similer 18 hours of battery life. The new chip can process some Siri requests also on the Watch making it more responsive for voice control feature. You can also ask Siri about health data, or log health data through Siri – though this is coming “later this year”.
